Inside Sales - Closer

Job Description

  • Follow sales leads

  • Discuss terms with potential customers

  • Finalizes a sales deal with a client, get docs signed

  • Communicate and identify strategies that can best close the deal

  • Negotiate terms with clients for a smooth transition

  • Understand customer needs and requirements

  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects  

  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

  • Perform effective online demos to prospects

Experience Required

  • 1 year of Inside Sales/Call Center experience preferred; solar is strongly preferred

  • Come with a great attitude ready to make a difference in the world

  • Must enjoy speaking with customers on the phone

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Compensation

  • Base Pay - Paid out Weekly!

  • Uncapped commission (Top Reps make average $120k+/year)

  • Tons of opportunities for promotion within the team, as well as expanding to Outside Sales if that interests you.
